Who we are

ELJ Trident Limited, North Lodge, Myskyns, Stonegate, East Sussex TN5 7DS, United Kingdom (company No. 12880379), is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question about your data write to operations@eljtrident.com.

What we collect

The details you type into our forms: name, company, email address, phone number, country and the content of your request. To keep the site secure our server also records technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested; these logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare offers and carry out the steps you ask for before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR), and for our legitimate interest in running, protecting and developing our business (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we do not send newsletters.

Who receives it

Our hosting provider (servers in the European Union) and our email provider, which process data on our behalf. When your request needs it — for example to obtain a quotation — we share only the necessary details with suppliers, buyers or logistics partners, and we tell you beforehand. We never sell personal data.

Transfers abroad

If your request involves a partner outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we transfer only what is necessary and use the safeguards required by UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to business are deleted after 24 months. If we work together, we keep the data for the duration of the relationship and then for six years, as required for UK company and tax records.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads all fonts and images from our own server.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to operations@eljtrident.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
